This dessert is like sunshine in a pie tin! A flakey lard-based pie crust is filled with light lemon cream mixed with fresh lemon zest. It is finished with swirls of our not-too-sweet whipped cream made with real Wisconsin cream, and garnished with a sprinkling of fresh lemon zest.
