Chocolate lovers, this pie has your name written all over it! A flakey lard-based pie crust is coated with a thin layer of rich chocolate ganache then filled with a smooth chocolatey cream. It is finished with swirls of our not-too-sweet whipped cream made with real Wisconsin cream, and garnished with dark chocolate shavings.
