  • Fruit Purees — Apricot, Cherry, Mango, Pineapple, Red Raspberry, Strawberry (Purees are spread thin and must be accompanied by a cream or mousse.)
  • Creams — Chocolate Buttercream, Cream Cheese Buttercream, German Chocolate, Pastry Cream, Signature Buttercream, Whipped Custard
  • Mousses — Cappuccino, Chocolate, Mandarin, Raspberry, Strawberry, Tiramisu
  • Chocolate — Belgian Chocolate Ganache (Ganache is spread thin and must be accompanied by a cream or mousse.)
  • Peanut Butter — Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (Peanut butter is spread thin and must be accompanied by a cream or mousse.)
