You can choose from four different styles of cake. Round cakes are two layers of cake and one filling combination. Sheet cakes are one layer that can be split and filled. Double Sheet cakes are two layers, each split and filled. Tortes are four layers of cake and three layers of filling combination.

- Fruit Purees — Apricot, Cherry, Mango, Pineapple, Red Raspberry, Strawberry (Purees are spread thin and must be accompanied by a cream or mousse.)
- Creams — Chocolate Buttercream, Cream Cheese Buttercream, German Chocolate, Pastry Cream, Signature Buttercream, Whipped Custard
- Mousses — Cappuccino, Chocolate, Mandarin, Raspberry, Strawberry, Tiramisu
- Chocolate — Belgian Chocolate Ganache (Ganache is spread thin and must be accompanied by a cream or mousse.)
- Peanut Butter — Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (Peanut butter is spread thin and must be accompanied by a cream or mousse.)
- Seasonal Fresh Fruit — Call for availability
- Traditional Icings — Chocolate Buttercream, Signature Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream
- Liqueur-Flavored Buttercreams — Amaretto, Grand Marnier, Irish Cream, Kirschwasser
- Belgian Chocolate Ganache Enrobed — Ganache melted and poured over a buttercream-iced cake / torte
