Our European Tortes are baked fresh in-store daily and a seasonal rotating selection is available in our bakery case, otherwise we are happy to hand-make a fresh European Torte for you! We have more than 15 varieties to choose from.
Black Forest: four layers of chocolate cake with our own whipped custard cream and select Door County cherries; all laced with a bit of Kirschwasser liqueur (non-alcoholic) and covered with our signature buttercream.
Chocolate Éclair: four layers of chocolate cake filled with pastry cream and Belgian chocolate ganache, then smothered in our famous buttercream.
Chocolate Dove: tender white cake brushed with melted chocolate ganache and filled with our delicate chocolate mousse, and yes, protected by an outer layer of buttercream
Chocolate Decadent: four chocolate cake layers filled with whipped belgian chocolate ganache and covered with chocolate buttercream.
Hazelnut Prailine: two layers of chocolate cake alternated with two layers of butter cake all thinly spread with Belgian chocolate ganache then filled with our hazelnut french cream, all covered with our signature buttercream.
Mango Madness: four layers of butter cake filled with mango preserves and our own whipped custard cream, then wrapped in our signature buttercream.
Raspberry Sunshine: four layers of our tender white cake laced with red raspberry preserves and a luscious lemon whipped custard filling, buttercream icing and a thin sweet shell of rolled fondant with festive fondant shaped overlays to decorate
Raspberry Truffle: four layers of chocolate cake with red raspberry preserves, belgian chocolate ganache, delicate chocolate mousse, chocolate buttercream and finally enrobed in belgian chocolate ganache.
Red Velvet: four layers of our tender red velvet cake filled with our scratch cream cheese buttercream and finished with our vanilla buttercream and chocolate decors.
Strawberry Shortcake: four layers of butter cake smothering sliced fresh strawberries and strawberry mousse, then finished off with our signature buttercream icing.
Tiramisu: four layers of butter cake soaked in our espresso liqueur blend then stacked up with marscapone cheese mousse and chocolate shavings, all of which is surrounded by our signature buttercream.
Tuxedo-Strawberry: two layers each of chocolate and white cake filled with strawberry preserves and our whipped custard cream, topped off with vanilla buttercream.
Tuxedo-PB&G: two layers each of chocolate and white cake laced with natural peanutbutter, chocolate ganache and a layer of buttercream, then smothered in buttercream as well.
Viennese: four butter cake layers filled with our own whipped custard cream and covered with our signature buttercream.
White Flamingo: four white cake layers laced with our mango preserves and whipped custard cream then iced with our famous buttercream.
