All the boozy ingredients of our Summer Slammer Cupcakes inspired by our favorite tropical cocktails are rearranged into tortes with four layers of cake and three layers of filling. Talk about a party!

Blue Hawaiian – Vanilla cake layered with a blend of cream, fresh pineapple juice, blue curacao, and rum, iced with electric blue curacao buttercream, and garnished with sprigs of chocolate decors.

Margarita – Vanilla cake layered with key lime whipped custard infused with tequila, iced with our signature buttercream blended with more tequila, and garnished with candy lime slices and a sprinkle of salt and lime zest.

Piña Colada – Vanilla cake layered with rum, coconut, and pineapple-infused whipped custard, iced with a creamy coconut and rum buttercream, and garnished with candied pineapples and a delicate touch of toasted coconut.

Strawberry Daiquiri – Vanilla cake layered with sweet strawberry and rum-infused whipped custard, iced with our smooth strawberry and rum buttercream, and garnished with candied fruit slices and a sprinkle of coarse sugar.
